LeanPlan is a fitness and nutrition app that provides personalised meal plans, workout programmes, and AI coaching. LeanPlan is operated by Kevin Grey, based in Manchester, United Kingdom.
You must be at least 16 years old to use LeanPlan. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
LeanPlan provides general fitness and nutrition guidance for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new diet or exercise programme, particularly if you have a medical condition, injury, or are pregnant.
By using LeanPlan, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and that LeanPlan is not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from following advice or plans generated by the app.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@leanplan.uk if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
LeanPlan offers a 7-day free trial followed by a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

All content, design, code, and branding within LeanPlan is owned by or licensed to Kevin Grey. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Meal plans, workout programmes, and coaching content generated for you are for your personal use only.
LeanPlan uses artificial intelligence to generate meal plans and coaching responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. Always apply your own judgement and consult a professional where appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeanPlan and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or financial loss.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@leanplan.uk.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via the app. Your continued use of LeanPlan after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
